Return & Damage Policy Damaged or Defective Items We take product quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace the damaged part(s) or the full item at no cost. To submit a damage claim, please provide: ● Photos of the damage ● Photos of the packaging (inner and outer) ● A brief description of the issue ● Your order number Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Once approved, we will ship replacement parts when available or replace the full item if parts are not available. Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided. Returns for Non‑Damaged Items Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return: ● The item must be unused and unassembled ● The item must be in its original packaging ● Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error ● A restocking fee may apply depending on the supplier’s policy Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Wrong Item Received If you receive an incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item promptly. No restocking fees apply. Non‑Returnable Items Some items cannot be returned due to supplier restrictions.
